After 30 min at room temperature, the reaction mixture was concentrated in vacuo to afford (S)-[1-(2-methoxy-1,1-dimethyl-2-oxoethyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl][4-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)phenyl]methanaminium chloride.
