PROCEDURE

实验过程

The title compound was prepared in analogy to example 72, from N-(4-iodo-pyridin-3-yl)-N-methyl-3,5-bis-trifluoromethyl-benzamide and 6-methoxypyridin-2-ylboronic acid (CAS RN 372963-51-4) and using a gradient of n-heptane:EtOAc (100:0 to 60:40) for the chromatographic purification. The product was purified a second time by preparative HPLC (Phenomenex Gemini® column) eluting with a gradient of acetonitrile:water (50:50 to 95:5). Colorless oil (17%). MS (ESI): m/z=456.114 [M+H]+.
