The title compound was prepared from 2-[5-[(3-chloro-4-ethylphenyl)methoxy]pyrazol-1-yl]pyridine-4-carboxylic acid (EXAMPLE 95) according to the procedure for the preparation of Example 62. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ 1.23 (3H, t, J=7.6 Hz), 2.76 (2H, q, J=7.6 Hz), 3.97 (3H, s), 5.18 (2H, s), 5.75 (1H, s), 7.26 (2H, s), 7.45 (1H, s), 7.58 (1H,$), 7.78 (1H, d, J=8.0 Hz), 8.33 (1H, s), 8.72 (1H, d, J=0.8 Hz). LCMS (mobile phase: 20%-95% Acetonitrile-Water-0.02% NH4OH): purity is >95%, Rt=4.602 min.
