Reaction Steps
A mixture of 80 mg of 8-bromo-3-methyl-7-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)-3,7-dihydropurine-2,6-dione, 90 mg of 1-amino-2-methyl-2-propanethiol hydrochloride, 2 ml of DMF and 200 mg of cesium carbonate was stirred at 70° C. for 5 hours.
