Reaction Steps

The title product was prepared following the procedure of Intermediate 11 (step a to d) but using isonicotinic acid in step c). The title compound was obtained as a solid. TLC-Chloroform/methanol (8/2): Rf=0.2. HPLC purity: 97%.
