Procedure
Compound 2 (0.050 g; 0.10 mmol) was treated with 2 M dimethylamine in tetrahydrofuran (2 mL) and heated to 65° C. in a sealed tube for 12 h. The solvent was removed by rotary evaporation and the crude residue was purified by preparative reverse phase HPLC to give 0.018 g of the title compound as a white solid. LRMS m/z 396 (M+H)+.
