Reaction Steps

To a solution of Example 7 (130 mg, 0.23 mmol) in THF/MeOH/H2O (2:2:1, 5 mL) was added LiOH (2M, 0.35 mL, 0.69 mmol). The resulting mixture was stirred at 21° C. 18 h, acidified with HCl 10% and diluted with ethyl acetate. The organic extracts were washed (H2O), (brine), dried (MgSO4), filtered and concentrated. The title compound was obtained as a white powder after sonication in ether/hexane and filtration.
