A solution of [7-(2,4-Dimethoxybenzyl)-5,6-diphenyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl]-(2-morpholin-4-ylethyl)-amine (54 mg, 0.1 mmol) in 2 mL of trifluoroacetic acid was heated to reflux. After 18 hours, the solution was concentrated to dryness and purified by preparative HPLC (C8 column, water, acetonitrile, 0.1% TFA) to give the title compound. Mass Spectrum (ESI) m/e=400 (M+1).
