19A (78.0 mg, 0.15 mmol) was dissolved in a mixture of THF/H2O (1.2 ml/0.2 ml) and PPh3 (60.0 mg, 0.23 mmol) was added. The mixture was heated at 70° C. for 2 h. After cooled to rt, the reaction mixture was concentrated in vacuo and purified by prep HPLC to give 19B (85.0 mg, 93%) as a TFA salt. It has an analytical HPLC retention time=1.84 min (Chromolith SpeedROD column 4.6×50 mm, 10-90% aqueous methanol containing 0.1% TFA over 4 minutes, 4 mL/min, monitoring at 254 nm) and a LC/MS M++H=498+.
