Reaction Steps
800 mg (approx. 0.88 mmole) of Z-Lys-Arg-Glu-Val-Tyr-Ome acetate are subjected to catalytic hydrogenation in 90 percent strength acetic acid and the product is worked up analogously to Example 25 I. Yield 680 mg (93%), [α]D22 =-31.6° (c=1, in water).
