Procedure
A glass tube for microwave was charged with compound 41 (50 mg; 0.155 mmol), trityl chloride (54 mg; 0.19 mmol) and dry pyridine (2 ml). The tube was sealed with a septum cap. The vial was irradiated with MW to reach the temperature of 160° C. for 5 minutes. The irradiating cycle was repeated 3 times, and then the mixture was poured into a round bottom flask. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the crude was purified by chromatography using Hexane/EtOAc 40:60 as eluent which gave the title product as a white foam (70 mg, 79%). Rf: 0.27 in Hexane/EtOAc 40:60, M.p: 86-88° C.
