A solution of the product from step (ii) (0.125 g), the product of example 44 step (i) (0.150 g) and cesium carbonate (0.437 g) in NMP (10 ml) was stirred at 80° C. for 10 h. The mixture was partitioned between 2M sodium hydroxide and diethyl ether. The aqueous layer was acidified with 2M hydrochloric acid, extracted with ethyl acetate and the organic layer dried and evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified using RP prep HPLC. Yield 0.025 g.
