The title compound was prepared in accordance with the general method described in Example 12(c) by using 6-amino-1-(1H-pyrazol-3-ylmethyl)-2-thioxo-2,3-dihydropyrimidin-4(1H)-one (0.87 g, 3.88 mmol, obtained from Example 13(b)), sodium nitrite (0.30 g, 4.27 mmol) and sodium dithionite (1.35 g, 7.77 mmol) which gave the title compound (0.63 g, 67% yield).
