The piperazine from step (a) above (73 mg, 0.3 mmol) reacted with 2-chloro-4-iodo-6-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-benzoimidazole (69 mg, 0.2 mmol, Example 61c) under the conditions of Example 3c to give the title compound as a yellow amorphous solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 552 (M+1).
