Reaction Steps
4-Bromo-6-trifluoromethyl-2-[4-(3-trifluoromethyl-pyridin-2-yl)-piperazin-1-yl]-1-(2-trimethylsilanyl-ethoxymethyl)-1H-benzoimidazole from step (a) above (160 mg, 0.26 mmol) and piperidine (84 mg, 1 mmol) reacted under the conditions of Example 127b to give the title compound as an oil. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 629 (M+1).
