3,4,5-Trifluoro-N-(2-oxo-6-trifluoromethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-benzoimidazol-4-yl)-benzamide from step (c) above (1.12 g, 3.0 mmol) reacted with POCl3 (5 mL, Aldrich) under the conditions of Example 1c to give the title compound as a white solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/e: 393.7 (M+1), (ESI, neg. ion) m/z: 392 (M−1).
