Procedure
To 500 mg of the compound of Example 1 dissolved in 2.5 ml of acetonitrile there are added 0.5 ml of triethylamine and 2.5 ml of ethyl isocyanate. The reaction mixture is stirred at ambient temperature for 5 hours. The solvent is then removed under reduced pressure. The residue is taken up in 10 ml of acetone; charcoal is added to the resulting solution, which is then filtered; water is then added to the filtrate. The precipitate obtained is collected by filtration, washed with water and dried.
