Reaction Steps
To a 3 ml tetrahydrofuran/4 ml dioxane mixed solution of 450 mg (1.03 mmol) of the compound obtained in Example 27, 68.6 μl (1.05 mmol) of methanesulfonic acid was added, and precipitated solids were collected by filtration. The solids were purified by recrystallization (ethanol) to obtain 364 mg (66%) of the captioned compound.
