Procedure
To a 3 ml tetrahydrofuran solution of 243 mg (0.452 mmol) of the compound obtained in Example 269, 0.54 ml of tetrabutylammonium fluoride (1.0M tetrahydrofuran solution 0.54 mmoml) was added, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 hours. Then, water was added to the reaction mixture, and the mixture was extracted with dichloromethane. The organic layer was washed with water and a saturated aqueous solution of sodium chloride, and dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, whereafter the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (dichloromethane/methanol=30/1˜20/1) to obtain 191 mg (quant.) of the captioned compound.
