The title compound was prepared from 4-Chloro-7-methyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin by procedures analogous to those described for the preparation of (4-Amino-7-cyclopentyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-5-yl)-(3-amino-phenyl)-methanone. MS: 268.1 (MH+); HPLC Rf: 3.17 min. (HPLC method 4); HPLC purity: 92%.
