To a solution of Intermediate 296B (30.6 mg, 0.204 mmol) in toluene (6 mL) was added TEA (0.071 mL, 0.509 mmol), DPPA (0.047 mL, 0.204 mmol) and the reaction mixture was heated to 85° C. and stirred for 1 h. The reaction mass was cooled to RT and to it was added a solution of Intermediate 185B (30 mg, 0.102 mmol) in THF (1 mL) and stirred for 12 h. The reaction mixture was concentrated and the residue was extracted with ethyl acetate (3×10 mL). The combined organic layer was washed with water, dried over sodium sulfate, filtered and the filtrate concentrated. The crude product was purified by preparative HPLC to afford Compound 296 as an off-white solid (16 mg, 34.8%). HPLC retention time 1.33 min. and 1.35 min. (Methods J and K respectively). MS(ES): m/z=442 [M+H]+; 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 7.82-7.89 (m, 1H), 7.66-7.73 (m, 1H), 7.43-7.51 (m, 1H), 7.09-7.33 (m, 1H), 4.73 (s, 2H), 4.12-4.18 (m, 2H), 3.78-3.88 (m, 2H), 2.80-2.94 (m, 2H), 2.55-2.65 (m, 2H), 1.45 (s, 3H).
