Reaction Steps
Anti (+8-(pyrimidin-5-yl)-2-(2-(quinolin-2-yl)cyclopropyl)isoquinolin-1(2H)-one hydrochloride from example 240b was mixed with sodium hydrogencarbonate solution and DCM. The phases were separated and the organic phase dried. Purification by column chromatography (DCM/methanol) gave the title compound (7.89% yield) as white solid. LC-MS: m/e=425.1
