To a solution of 2,5-dichloro-N-[2-(propan-2-ylsulfonyl)phenyl]pyrimidin-4-amine (86.0 mg, 0.250 mmol) in 1 mL of 2-methoxyethanol was added 6-(dimethylphosphoryl)-2-methoxypyridin-3-ylamine (50.0 mg, 0.250 mmol) and 0.15 mL of 2.5 M HCl in ethanol. The mixture was heated in a sealed tube at 90° C. for 16 h. The mixture was basified with 1N NaOH solution, and extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layers were combined, washed with saturated sodium chloride solution, dried with sodium sulfate, filtered and concentrated. The crude residue was purified by silica gel chromatography (0-10% 7N ammonia in methanol:dichloromethane) to afford the desired product (16.7 mg, 22% yield). MS/ES+: m/z=510.
