Reaction Steps
To a solution of 6-chloro-N-[4-(dimethylphosphoryl)phenyl]pyrimidin-4-amine (0.072 mmol) in 1.5 mL of ethanol is added 10 L of triethylamine and 1-Methyl piperazine (0.072 mmol). The mixture can be microwaved at 120 degrees. The reaction mixture can then be filtered through a syringe filter and can be purified by prep-HPLC.
