To a solution of Aniline (205 mg, 2.2 mmol) and 3,5,6-trichloro-1,2,4-triazine (2.7 mmol) in CH2Cl2, is added triethylamine (3 mmol). The reaction mixture is stirred at room temperature until formation of the desired product. Solvent is removed under reduced pressure. The residue can be purified by silica gel flash chromatography.
