Reaction Steps
A solution of TFA/CH2Cl2 (1:1, 50 ml) containing triisoproylsilane (0.2 ml) was added to (6-((tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino)hexyl)triphenylphosphonium bromide (8.0 g). The mixture was stirred for 2 hours. After removal of the solvent, the compound was dried over a vacuum and directly used in next step.
