A solution of tert-butyl(cyclopropylmethyl)[trans-2-(4-{[2-fluoro-5-(trifluoromethyl)benzoyl]amino}phenyl)-cyclopropyl]carbamate (110 mg) in THF (1 mL) was ice-cooled, and 4N hydrochloric acid/cyclopentyl methyl ether solution (15 mL) was added. The mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was recrystallized from methanol/diisopropyl ether to give the title compound (72.0 mg).
