The title compound is prepared in analogy to 3-(methylsulfonyl)-4-(3-(methylsulfonyl)-2,5-dioxo-1-(2-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-4-yl)-2,3,4,5,6,7-hexahydro-1H-cyclopenta[d]-pyrimidin-4-yl)benzonitrile (example 39), using 4-(2,5-dioxo-1-(2-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-4-yl)-2,3,4, 5,6,7-hexahydro-1H-cyclopenta[d]pyrimidin-4-yl)benzonitrile (example 15.5, 60 mg, 0.15 mmol) as starting material. Yield: 30 mg; ESI mass spectrum [M+H]+=477; Retention time HPLC: 0.99 min (Z018_S04).
