The title compound was prepared from quinazoline-2,4(1H,3H)-dione and methyl 5-(bromomethyl)-2-fluorobenzoate using a procedure similar to those described for the synthesis of compound of Example 1. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6): 11.75 (s, 1H), 8.00 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.84 (d, J=6.9 Hz, 1H), 7.67-7.55 (m, 2H), 7.32-7.21 (m, 3H), 5.32 (s, 2H), 3.81 (s, 3H). MS: m/z 329.1 [M+H]+.
