Procedure
Acetonitrile (1 mL) was added to a solution (0.5 mL) of 2.0 M dimethylamine in THF, and a solution (2 mL) of the compound (121 mg, 0.354 mmol) of Step 1 of Example 65 in acetonitrile was added dropwise under ice-cooling, and stirred at room temperature overnight. The solvent was distilled away under reduced pressure. The resulting residue was diluted with ethyl acetate, washed with a saturated aqueous sodium hydrogen carbonate solution, and then dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate. The solvent was distilled away under reduced pressure to thus obtain the title compound.
