Reaction Steps

After dissolving compound 12 (2.27 g, 14.7 mmol) in THF, compound 11 (1.5 g, 6.1 mmol) was added thereto. After the agitation for 2 hours at room temperature, three times extractions were carried out with EA and three times washings were carried out with brine. Water was removed by using Na2SO4 and distillation under the reduced pressure was carried out. After the removal of a junk by column chromatography (EA/HX= 1/9), the next reaction was followed as a crude condition.
