The title compound was prepared by a procedure similar to that described for E2 starting from 8-chloro-1-cyclopropyl-3,4-dihydro-1H-pyrimido[1,6-a]pyrimidin-6(2H)-one and 2-(4-chloro-3-(trifluoromethyl) phenoxy)-5-(hydroxymethyl)benzonitrile.
