As described for Example 9, a mixture of 0.242 g of 2-(methylthio)benzoyl chloride (m.p. 61°-64° C.), 0.134 g of triethylamine and 0.314 g of 5-(4-aminobenzoyl)-6,11-dihydro-5H-dibenz[b,e]azepine in 10 ml of dichloromethane is stirred for 2.5 hours and worked up to give a solid. Trituration with ethyl acetate-hexane gives 0.150 g of crystals, m.p. 222°-225° C.
