Procedure
7 ml of an absolute ethanol solution of 170 mg of 2-tert-butyl-5-chloro-4-methoxycarbonylpyridazin-3-(2H)-one, 76 mg of 4-picolylamine and 80 mg of triethylamine, was reacted for 4 hours under heating and refluxing and then left to cool. Ethanol was distilled off under reduced pressure, and 0.3 g of the obtained oil was subjected to column chromatography. Using an eluent (ethyl acetate:methanol=20:1), 0.13 g of the desired product (Compound No. 22) having a melting point of from 99° to 100° C., was obtained.
