Following the general method outlined in Example 20c) using 7-[2-aminoethyl]-4-hydroxy-1,3-benzothiazol-2(3H)-one hydrobromide and 3-[2-[2-[4-nitrophenyl]-ethoxy]ethylsulphonyl]propanoic acid [Example 13a)]gave the subtitled compound after purification by chromatography over silica using 8% ethanol in dichloromethane as eluant.
