To a solution of 1.0 g (2.98 mmol) of the product of Step C in 3.0 mL of THF was added 3.57 mL (3.57 mmol) of 1.0N solution of tetrabutylammonium fluoride in THF. After 15 minutes TLC indicated that the reaction was complete. The reaction mixture was concentrated and then purified by flash chromatography (silica gel, hexane/ethyl acetate 3:1) to give 1.13 g of the title compound.
