Reaction Steps
A mixture of methyl iodide (0.25 ml, 4 mmol) and 3-(3-cyclopropylmethoxy-1,2,5-thiadiazol-4yl)pyridine (400 mg, 1.7 mmol) in acetone (5 ml) was stirred at room temperature for 36 h. The title compound precipitated from the solution and was collected by filtration to yield 0.41 g (65%).
