4,4-Dimethyl-7-{2-[(2-methylamino-pyrimidin-4-ylmethyl)-amino]-benzoylamino}-3,4-dihydro-1H-isoquinoline-2-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (Step D, 0.65 g, 1.26 mmol) in 10 mL of 50% of TFA in CH2Cl2 was stirred at RT for 1 h. The volatiles were removed under reduced pressure, the residue was purified by flash column chromatography, and the titled compound was obtained as a white solid. MS (ES+): 417.1 (M+H)+.
