Using the general method of Compound 36 Part C, cyclooctyl hydroxylamine (Compound 36 Part B, 1.0 g, 7.0 mmol) was reacted with 4-nitrophenyl isocyanate (1.2 g, 7.3 mmol) to provide 1.1 g of the desired product as a pale yellow solid, m.p. 143°-144° C. Analysis: Calculated for C15H21N3O4 : %C, 58.62; %H, 6.89: %N, 13.67; Found: %C, 58.5; %H, 7.56; %N, 13.32.
