4-(Pyridin-4-ylthiomethyl)aniline (0.37 g, 1.71 mmol) was converted to the phenylcarbamate and treated with 5-methoxy-6-trifluoromethylindoline (D11) (0.37 g, 1.71 mmol) as in the method of Example 26 to give the title compound (0.5 g, 64%) as a white crystalline solid m.p. 174-5° C.
