The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example 90, Step 2, starting from 1-(3-chloro-2-pyrazinyl)-4-methylpiperazine (described in Example 169, Step I) and 2-hydroxymethyl-2,3-dihydro-1,4-benzodioxine. Yield 87%; mp 160-167° C. Anal. (C18H22N4O3.2 HCl) H, N; C: calcd, 52.06; found, 52.6.
