Run the reaction in a CEM microwave reactor for four hours at 90° C. with 80 W power and cooling. After this time, wash the reaction with 1N hydrochloric acid while extracting with dichloromethane. Dry the organics with sodium sulfate, decant and concentrate in vacuo. Purify the title compound via radial chromatography eluting with 2M ammonia in methanol and dichloromethane.
