Versuchsvorschrift

3-(5-Bromo-pyridin-3-yl)-prop-2-yn-1-ol (Intermediate 218) (1 eq, 2.41 mmol, 510 mg) is dissolved in DCM (5 ml), then TEA (1.5 eq, 3.61 mmol, 0.5 ml) and methanesulfonyl chloride (1.5 eq, 3.61 mmol, 0.28 ml) are added. The resulting mixture is stirred for 30 min at r.t. After addition of water the layers are separated, and the organic layer is dried with MgSO4, filtered, and concentrated under reduced pressure giving the title compound.
