Then, 4-nitrobenzylbromide (1.34 g, 6.20 mmol) was slowly added to the mixture, and stirred at room temperature. After 30 minutes, water (20 mL) was added and precipitated crystals were collected by filtration, followed by washing with water. The crystals were dried under reduced pressure to obtain Compound P34 (0.819 g, 2.76 mmol, 45%).
