Versuchsvorschrift

A mixture of N-[2-(benzylthio)-3-oxopropyl]-5-(2-methoxyethoxy)-7-[(pyridin-2-ylsulfonyl)amino]-1H-indole-2-carboxamide (500 mg), thiomorpholine 1,1-dioxide (240 mg) and tetrahydrofuran (10 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 30 min. Sodium triacetoxyborohydride (280 mg) was added at room temperature, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 hr. Water was added to the reaction mixture, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The ethyl acetate layer was washed with saturated brine, dried (MgSO4), and concentrated. The obtained residue was subjected to silica gel column chromatography, and eluted with hexane-ethyl acetate (3:7-1:9, volume ratio) to give the title compound (210 mg, yield 35%) as a colorless amorphous solid.
