Versuchsvorschrift

The procedure for Example 138B was used to react phenyl 3-tert-butyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-ylcarbamate described in Example 154A (151 mg, 0.45 mmol) with 3-(6-methoxy-7-(2-methoxyethoxy)quinazolin-4-yloxy)aniline from Example 117B (103 mg, 0.30 mmol). To this solution was added diisopropylethyl amine (80 μL, 0.45 mmol) and DMAP (4 mg, 0.03 mmol). After heating for 2 hours the reaction was concentrated to dryness. The resulting solid was chromatographed using silica gel (eluting with an ethyl acetate/hexane gradient 0-85%). The main peak was concentrated to give 59 mg. 1H (DMSO-d6) 9.23 (s, 1H), 8.54 (s, 1H), 8.47 (s, 1H), 7.55 (m, 6H), 7.40 (m, 3H), 7.18 (s, 1H), 6.95 (m, 1H), 6.35 (s, 1H), 4.34 (m, 2H), 3.98 (s, 3H), 3.77 (m, 2H), 3.34 (s, 3H), 1.25 (s, 9H). LCMS (ESI) m/z 583 (M+H)
