実験手順

10.8 g (50.0 mmol) of the sodium salt of benzenesulfonamide was suspended in 100 ml of DMF; at 60° C., 11.9 g (50.0 mmol) of 7-methyl-2,6,8-trichloropurine was added. After 8 hours at 80° C. and cooling to room temperature, H2O/ice was added, the mixture was acidified with 10% strength hydrochloric acid and the precipitate was suction filtered and dried.
