実験手順

Add 0.14 μl of iodotrimethylsilane to a solution, at ambient temperature, of 0.1 mmol of the compound of Example 10 in 1 ml of chloroform. The reaction mixture is stirred for 5 min. at ambient temperature and then evaporated to dryness under reduced pressure. Chromatography on silica gel (dichloromethane/methanol:85/15) allows the expected product to be isolated.
