실험 절차

A mixture of calcium chloride (1.6 g), sodium borohydride (1.1 g), tetrahydrofuran (40 mL) and ethanol (40 mL) was stirred at 0° C. for 1 hr. A solution (20 mL) of ethyl(4-{6-[(2′-cyanobiphenyl-4-yl)methyl]-5-oxo-7-propyl[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-4(5H)-yl}cyclohexylidene)acetate (1.9 g) in tetrahydrofuran was added to the reaction mixture, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 16 hr. The reaction mixture was extracted with 1 N hydrochloric acid and ethyl acetate, and the obtained ethyl acetate layer was washed with saturated brine, and dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography to give the title compound as a colorless solid (0.9 g, 49%).
