실험 절차

To a solution of tert-butyl [(4-fluoro-5-(2-fluoropyridin-3-yl)-1-{[5-(1-hydroxyethyl)-2-furyl]sulfonyl}-1H-pyrrol-3-yl)methyl]methylcarbamate (234 mg) in dimethyl sulfoxide (3 mL) were added triethylamine (3 mL) and sulfur trioxide pyridine complex (449 mg), and the mixture was stirred at 60° C. for 3 days. 1 mol/L Hydrochloric acid was added, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The separated aqueous layer was extracted again with ethyl acetate. The combined organic layer was washed with saturated aqueous sodium hydrogen carbonate solution and saturated brine, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (eluent: hexane-ethyl acetate=9:1→3:2) to give the title compound as a pale-yellow oil (yield 180 mg, 77%).
